We believe that you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy our love-filled food. Our goal is to show you that it is perfectly possible to to feast like royalty on a meat-free diet, without having to compromise on taste.

To be honest, we have no idea what we're doing, but we're enjoying every moment of this rollercoaster ride with plants and fellow foodies.
We’re all about:
– consistently providing delicious, high quality, homemade and nutritious plant based food, made from scratch
– promoting a cruelty-free lifestyle and compassion for all beings by serving 100% vegan dishes, that are able to satisfy every craving
– creating a warm and welcoming hangout spot for everyone including foodies, dreamers, artists, yogis, digital nomads, passionistas, world travelers and locals
– supporting the local community by sourcing products locally whenever possile, and being a conscientious member of the island tribe

Our Burmese Staff
This amazing family from Myanmar has been working with us and living at Eat.co for over 5 years now. We’ve stuck together through thick and thin, and we consider them an essential and major part of the Eat.co Fam. Au and WeyWey recently expanded their family, so we now have a beautiful little rugrat brightening up our day at the restaurant.
